If we could give this company a zero we would. Visited the show room regarding an Orangry they knew we were coming but you wouldn't have thought so. Made another 40 mile round trip to see their consultant James . He seemed more interested and said he would send us drawings and costings within 2 weeks. We heard nothing we called the show room i was told he would be contacted and asked to ring us.. Nothing from anyone so poor is their service i am astounded that a business can afford to treat potential customers this way. We now think we have had a lucky escape and would not deal with this company again.
Had bay windows fitted, could not be more delighted with this company! no pushy salesman, straight forward quote, fitters were absolutely marvelous, polite and did a first class job. Everything was left spotless. Highly recommend
Not your typical Window Company, no pushy salesman round your home for hours trying to pressure you into something you're not sure of, not bombarded with calls after saying 'we'll have a think about it'. Thank you Peacock Windows for the hassle free service. They really have the customers best interest at heart. Even the guys doing the fitting were friendly and very polite. So so impressed. Will be having more work done soon.
Having had another company fit a back door and window (extremely badly) at my bungalow - I was dubious about having another window company at the house. I was more than pleasantly surprised! Joe the Manager was prompt, extremely polite, and talked me through my requirements with absolutely no \pressure selling\ at any time. I had the whole bungalow fitted with new windows in a single day! The Team were on time, hard working, polite and very tidy. The finished job is superb. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a high-quality job done, at a great price. Very Highly recommended - well done Peacock Windows.
