Great people, couldn't recommend Tom and the rest of the guys enough
like
This is a long overdue review of our recent experience of dealing with this excellent team of Architects. The company assisted us in our thinking of how to create a very functional extension to our period property, built c 1780. The sourcing of stone, Yorkshire roof slates and heritage style materials were all crucial issues in determining our future relationship with the Architects and recommended builders. Throughout the planning and build phases we enjoyed contact with named representatives of the company and had regular phone contact and site meetings. All of these things together helped us to navigate our way through planning issues and building as well as working closely with third parties who were undertaking separate internal works. Site meeting reports were always timely and agreed for factual accuracy. The result of our close working relationship was an extension to our house that has brought much pleasure to ourselves and attracted much praise from visitors to our house as well as other residents in our village
We have been using Pearce Bottomley as our architects for the renovation of our home which is a Grade 2 listed Georgian Building. They have always been courteous and professional. Our architect Tom has visited us several times and although it is a job that has spanned several years, he has remained patient, kind and considerate throughout. Their technical knowledge and experience is outstanding. Highly recommended.
Pearce Bottomley designed and managed our new house build five years ago, they are a great team to work with, professional and caring about their clients. It is testament to them that we asked them to work with us again on a bungalow we bought in 2019 which needed a full renovation. An excellent firm of architects and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.
