That X Factor.. Professional, intuitive, natural, full, inclusive, never a moment where there was no touch. Which I feel is important. Fiona has that 'thing' about her where she just 'knows' what needs done. No words are needed, she works with your body as a whole, I'm sure she could feel and sense what I needed.
