Had a fantastic day doing a couple of courses with Henry. He's a great, competent instructor full of little tips, and his enthusiasm is infectious! Would definitely recommend him ️

Henry is an amazingly knowledgeable guide, and great company, too. He obviously takes his responsibilities very seriously but was also friendly, funny and patient (which can't be said for every climbing instructor I've met). Can't recommend highly enough.

I had a perfect day out climbing on the cliffs of South Pembrokeshire with Henry. The weather was great and we had an awesome day. It was my first time doing trad and Henry had a really relaxed way to teach me all the essential skills. He made me always feel safe and you could see his great expertise. In the end it felt like being outside climbing with a good friend! I can fully recommend to try it out!

Henry was recommended to me by a number of different parties. He's based in Pembroke, so has excellent local knowledge of the crags and conditions. He's highly competent and professional, a good communicator, very easy to get on with and great fun to climb with. I can definitely recommend him.

Henry is sure to make your experience of climbing the Pembrokeshire coast more rewarding. He is knowledgeable not only of the best climbs, but also of local lore, wildlife, and recommendations for a good pub after a day's climb! We were new to sea cliff climbing, and Henry quickly gave us the confidence to explore some of the most beautiful cliffs near Saint Govan's chapel. We were taught all the basic principles of trad climbing, before he took us to different spots along the coast and led us up each climb. His enthusiasm for climbing - and for Pembrokeshire - and his patient, calming nature, put us immediately at ease and he quickly felt one of our party. We would suggest sea cliff climbing to anyone visiting Pembrokeshire - you will appreciate its beauty from a whole new perspective - and would strongly recommend Climb Pembroke, both to beginners and seasoned climbers, to get the most from your time here. I'm very much looking forward to climbing with Henry again soon.
