Dangerously superb. They've got everything you can ever need and tons you'll want to own. During 2020 I ordered countless items from them at competitive prices, great delivery times and really good communication when I have needed to ask a few questions, or wanted to be notified for when something is back in stock. I have been using Heinnie for a while now and have had nothing less than an excellent experience each and every time. Staff know they're stuff and clearly take pride in what they do and quite rightly love their work. Any issues (a rarity admittedly) are seen to and corrected as soon as humanly possible and there is always someone at the other end to answer your questions and other a helping hand, whether that be via email or a phone call. 10/10 customer experience and service. Would highly recommend. Massive shout out to Richard, Julie and Nick in particular

There was a problem with the product, wasn't Heinnie Haynes fault...it's not their job to do quality control for snugpak. The handle on my pack broke off with first use. After a few emails, the problem was dealt with swiftly by the sales team. It's the mark of a good company when they go all out to deal with a situation like this.

Great service. I emailed with a query before ordering and got a prompt reply (none of the Covid excuses that other retailers use to cover poor service) Then the order was dispatched almost immediately and was with me within 48hours. The range is amazing and the prices, for what I've seen, look competetive. Why would you go elsewhere ?
