Called about setting up a PoA. They promised to call back in a few minutes as the person that would handle it wasn't answering their phone. over 2 hrs later still waiting. Called a rival firm in Tenterden and they got everything sorted and asked me to email the details so that they could draft it for signature tomorrow. Now *that's* service.
The service I've received for my conveyancing needs has been first class.
Awful service, I called to get a quote and had the most arrogant man call me back. When I asked for a written quote he was very rude then hung up on me
