I went to Argos Penzance Sainsbury’s today to pick up 3 clocks I had ordered online. I had wrote my order number on piece paper and put it in my bag. The man that served me was in his 30’s had long hair and an ear ring, As I looked for my order number in my bag, I said to him that I couldn’t find my order number, he said to me “ shame” in a very sarcastic and unpleasant voice. I was fairly shocked. He then said nothing could be done and that I had to drive home to get the order number and they would only find the order on their computer in exceptional circumstances, which I did not understand. I was quite flustered, he was speaking to me in a rude and snooty voice, I then found the number in my bag and read it out to him. I asked him did he need to speak to me that rudely. He did not smile, speak nicely or say thank you. I think that this person does not like working at Argos in Penzance as he seemed very angry, miserable and upset. He made me feel upset and I left the store feeling rather unhappy.

Was spoken to extremely rudely by an old male member of staff and was talked down to because the app said something different to the website would recommend avoiding this argos ans go to another wont be returning unacceptable I'm disabled and am autistic my anxiety was so bad I just left didnt even get what I went for unacceptable
Bought a Casio watch from Argos - when i got home i found that it was not working and obviously second hand ! ,so i had to go all the way back to get it replaced.I was absolutely furious !! . I suppose they will repackage the not working watch,and try selling it again Oh well - at least the staff are polite
Never have any stock or anything for delivery 99% of the time
Helpful staff and well stocked. Loved the charity collections and food bank being built in. The sirloin steak from the butchers counter was delicious. Good range of produce and prices.
