BE CAREFUL OF THE PARKING!!! Had a coffee here and enjoyed the bay but went over a couple of minutes on our parking ticket. Had to pay 60!!! They have cameras which read your number plates.

We had such a lovely time here! My husband and I stopped here en route to Lands End while cycling from Penzance. Enjoyed delish crab sandwiches for lunch, really fresh and tasty, wonderful views also. I spent several hours here drawing and enjoying lunch. It did take a while for the order to come but we weren’t bothered as when it arrived it was so lovely and fresh! Thank you!
We ordered the 'special' crab soup with fish. At 9, we were expecting something special. It was dreadful. You couldn't taste any crab and just a few pieces of white fish floating in a watery grave. When I complained, the owners were combative and rude and since I had eaten it, would not entertain my comments. They said they had never had any complaints before, but other comments on this website would testify otherwise. My neighbour said the crab burger was also poor. If this review prevents others being ripped off, then I have done a good service.
Quite a sad and neglected little cafe with no real redeeming qualities. Perfectly fine for an ice cream or cold drink but avoid the food - rather bland and overpriced. At the time of visiting, there was a really bad wasp infestation and they were all over the cakes by the till. Much better options in Mousehole - just don’t bother.
Location of the cafe is wonderful. The cafe serves food and drinks including cakes but I think they are overpriced for what they are. The coffee is very watered down and doesn’t taste very nice. The staff do not seem to be very customer service friendly however there was a very polite young boy working In the gift shop one afternoon who served me ice cream. He was so friendly and polite - the other staff members should defiantly learn from him!
