The member of staff was really nice until found out you are on a budget and not spending any more than the basic fee and then the attitude changes from friendly to rude which is a shame. The guy didn't even bother to say goodbye when we left and still waiting for the receipt he was going to email but never did. I am sure if you buy all the trimmings and pay them a hefty sum you will have no problems at all. Edited due to follow up speaking to the owner Sophia although my personal experience was not great, one member of staff's attitude does not reflect the whole company. As the Owner demonstrated a high value on customer service I give an extra star for her on this review.

sadly lost our shnauzer suddendly rang penwith up who picked him him up from the vets even though it was not on there list the staff richard and david where amazing they even dropped him off at our house cant thank them enough amazing service once again thank you.

When my best friend had to be put down Yesterday, Penwith Pet Crematorium was able to make arrangements for a solo cremation with 24 hours notice, and they could give us the ashes back on the same day. I cannot fault their service - they were kind and understanding at one of the worst times in our lives. Thank you so much for taking care of Charlie for us!

This was not the best day for our household we had to say farewell to one of our Family pets, wee Ziggy. The laying to rest of Ziggy took place at Penwith Pet Crematorium. When I arrived I was distraught, I was met by John and his Daughter, who treated me with kindness (also a much needed cup of coffee) they handled Ziggy with loving care and an obvious tenderness. I was there for only a short while before I was given back Ziggy's remains. I felt as if I had known them forever John was full of kind words and understanding, so much so that I felt as though a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. Thank you both.
