A massive thank you to John & Andy at the Penzance store. Two brilliant shop stewards who were excellent in manner, personality and guidance re a waterproof jacket I needed and purchased. Both very welcoming and my wife and I spent about 20 odd minutes in the shop, chatting about where we come from originally, pasties, rugby and football. The coat they recommended is superb and should be perfect for wet winter walks on Dartmoor with my dog. Thank you John & Andy for your professional and courteous manner. Terrible service I came in with my girlfriend who wanted to buy a coat and was told she was too BIG at size 20-22 and that was it! Disgusting from the female member of staff yesterday 27th July 2020 around 10.30am in the penzance store
