After some deliberation over which dog bed was suitable for my old Rottie, I spoke with Donna who couldn't have been more helpful. She discussed ours needs, how Bella (my Rottie) likes to sleep and our budget and we were thrilled when we received our bed! Brilliant customer service and a fantastic bed that both myself and Bella love! We'll be back again.
We were looking for a comfy but hard wearing and waterproof dog bed for our Lab. This was just the job. It is big enough for the cats to curl up alongside too. It arrived in good time and good condition.
VERY DISAPPOINTING. THEY WERE NOT WHITE, AS DESCRIBED, AND NOT IN A BOX WITH A LID SO THE PACKING HAD SPLIT OPEN ALL ROUND ALLOWING THE SAND TO SPILL OUT AND ONTO THE FLOOR. EVERYWHERE NEEDED HOOVERING. COMPLAINED BY PHONE AS TO DISGUSTING STATE OF PACKAGING, WRONG COLOUR (SHOULD HAVE BEEN WHITE) AND LACK OF SUITABLE BOX SO SPILLAGE OCCURRED. WILL NOT PURCHASE AGAIN - SORRY! JOAN.
