We own a country house in Dartmoor Devon and have found Colin Shearer of the Peritus Building Company to be an excellent builder. No job is too difficult and he is prepared to tackle a variety of unusual jobs. He provides a very friendly and personal service and always wills to please. We would find him very difficult to replace!

Angus and his team did a great job in remodelling our kitchen and living room. The level of workmanship was great but also he had many great ideas about how to use the space which would never have occurred to us. The service was friendly and polite which was also very important with young kids in the house. Highly recommend.

I have no hesitation recommending Angus and his team. They did a fantastic job on our grade 2* listed property in Reigate Surrey. Full renovation of the lower ground floor including excavation, underfloor heating, high spec kitchen renewal of all mechanical services, electrics and plumbing. New Limestone tiling and restoration of the existing original purbeck and terracotta. Most notable however was their excellent carpentry. The listing required carpentry that matched the existing and Angus’s team were able to meet the exacting requirements of the conservation officer.
