What a wonderful business this is. Having bought a new fiesta for my son, a junior doctor, there was a delay to its scheduled delivery from Germany because of the storms in February. Karl at PJ Nichols kindly offered a free loan car without hesitation as he knew my son needs to get to and from hospital every day. Then the Coronavirus lockdown was announced and Karl said I was not to worry and for my son to keep the car until it was safe to collect the new fiesta when restrictions were lifted. My son was able to use the PJ Nichols loan car to get to hospital every day to do his job. I cannot thank the whole team at PJ Nicholls enough. A great business, great service, and I would encourage you to try them. We now have our new fiesta. The handover was safe yet thorough, and we got a great deal too paying less than two comparable quotes from national ford dealer groups. Please support this business they are fabulous

Many thanks to Gianni Carter at the Pershore branch, for making my car purchase a seamless and comfortable experience. Gianni was so friendly, polite, professional and helpful throughout. He really put me at ease and went the extra mile, even sat with me in the car after the sale to set up Bluetooth for me, plus showed me how to use the touch screen for directions, phone calls etc. It was a pleasure to do business with him. I will definitely call Gianni when I need a new car.
