Excellent! I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of service that Robin displayed throughout his visit to provide laptop support recently. His diagnostic skills gave clear and concise explanations of the computer problems I was having - he was able to promptly resolve the IT siituation that had bothered me for some time. My wife has since engaged Robin's support to address her computer problems - she similarly found Robin's support to be 100% excellent!
