I was lucky enough to find Daigo and have been training twice a week with him ever since. Daigo listens to you and seeks what is important regarding fitness to you as a client. He sets goals, individual to your needs and adds variety to the sessions which makes it never boring! Over the years I have never benefited more! Thank you Daigo!

Daigo is a great personal trainer. He is personable and I look forward to our training sessions. He spends time making a bespoke training program, setting goals to you, and every session feels like progress. He will also look at your diet on request and help you create a diet diary to monitor calories. He also listens a lot to your suggestions. I highly recommend Daigo!!

Seeing Daigo once (sometimes twice) a week in the run up to my wedding was just what i needed - not only did he get me into shape, but taking 2 hours out of my manic life was great for my mental health as well. He covered nutrition as well as exercise to get the most out of the sessions, and although at the time i didn't always love it (!) in the end signing up for these sessions was a great idea.
