I was looking for a trainer who would take into account any physical problems I have, I was worried I'd end up worse off rather than better! Having been in a car accident a couple of years ago and just finished my physio I was looking to get fitter, he took this into account as well as my dodgy knees! If you're worried you're too overweight and unfit to workout with a personal trainer Ben will start you at a level that's right for you. He always listens if I feel something is too much and tailors exercises to suit. Not to say it's easy! But it's at the appropriate level. And he always does his best to be positive and cheery!
