Today I have been to official mercedes benz commercial services regards safety recall. Very rude unhelpful. I requested a courtesy vehicle similar to the vehicle needed to be fixed. The lady said they have it but won't be supplied to clients. She advised call number on recall letter. So I did. On the phone they mentioned try other services. While there was service staff waiting next to me. As soon as finished the call was pleased out from the service. I asked why, he said owner will never carry out any service regards my previous visits. MOT when they damaged the vehicle body (not been fixed even owner offered) A visit before still under warranty I mentioned rattling noise. What they fixed. Than next day the engine cover fallen off had to revisit. Order a new one and pay labour on my exspenses. A visit before they replaced the brakes which burnt out within 20 miles. Had car recovery (by same company) took it back to the garage and replaced again. Actually while I was in the vehicle bleed air out from brake system on a Saturday evening. Also levelling was not good, carried out wheel alignments. Than after that realised I had a rear broken spring. Staff always received 20 /visit Take consideration use this place. And go back where I started official dealer refused to carry out safety recall. I asked to give explanation by letter refused to do so.

Emergency roadside recovery was needed, they arrived, Jump started the car and said that should be fine, we specifically asked them to check the engine and they said it’s fine so off we went, 1 hour later, even worse breakdown, no care, they put us in harms way. Avoid this business at all costs especially when they won’t refund us even though they didn’t do anything except come out and didn’t fix the problem, which the 2nd recovery man spotted instantly but by this time was too late.

We had a problem with electrics on the way to mother's funeral. These guys pulled out ALL the stops and got us on our way. We will forever be grateful and may think of using them for our future servicing although they are 100 miles from home! Thank you all.

They have been brilliant! Especially Barry, when they couldn't get the part in time to fix the handbrake on our motorhome they arranged for a local campsite to stay open late to accommodate us
