Slow, confusing and to be honest not sure the guy knew the difference between 1/2 and inch and 5/8 of an inch. It is 1/8 of an inch quite a lot for a nut going on to a shaft.

very poor.Put a expensive sander in for a easy repair. they had to solider 2 wires.2 days later they came loose and still under there warranty i took it back in. the mother board had touched one of the wires and caused it to short and they refused to fix it. now left with a 360 sander in a worse condition than when it went in. warranty they offered was worthless. its like the blind leading the blind in there
