Sainsburys have opened inside Dobbies which is a handy addition and which I browsed through. There is a good selection of food fresh and frozen as well as other household items.

Staff not friendly but lots of variety. Stayed for lunch was not impressed by the pre prepared meals warmed up in the microwave and left to dry out on the hotplate. I was charged 8 a plate for totally inedible food. There was something that looked like potato wedges but the were so overcooked it was impossible to tell what the were. The server said the were potato wedges but when I got to the table they were in fact parsnips. The table was filthy and when she came to clean it she only took the cloth round the middle of the table. I was totally unimpressed with the service and the food and would definitely not be back in a hurry.

I was very surprised that they only clean the tables and don't clean the chairs in the cafe during this pandemic. The food was good but won't be back without my spray to clean the chairs.

Visited Dobbies restaurant in Perth 8th December. I would rate it 0. Of the 18 to 20 tables in the section I sat in, 7 were occupied and every other one was littered with dirty plates and trays. I was there for more than half an hour and not 1 of the tables was cleared or cleaned. There was no one in sight. Very concerning.There was no covid cleaning in sight. Won't be back I'm afraid.

Just off the A9. Plenty of parking. Great cafe serving tea, coffee, cakes sandwiches and good value hot food. Plenty of seating.
