On the 3/5/2016, I contacted the Registrar to obtain a copy of a Birth Certificate. As I had sent my request to the wrong office, Andy e-mailed me to advise he had forwarded my request to the correct person. First thing today, 4/5/2016, I had an e-mail from Lesley who, along with her colleague Moira, processed payment for this cert. Within moments I had a copy of my receipt from Moira and then an e-mail from Lesley to confirm that the Cert was in the post. I was astonished at just how swiftly my request was processed. These ladies and gentlemen should be highly recommended for their dilligence and friendly and helpful manner. Thank you Andy, Lesley and Moira for all your help. It was very much appreciated. Is there a web site I can visit, to get some information? I'm in Perth Australia, I need to apply for my dads' Birth Certificate and marriage certificate he was born/ married in Scotland, but passed away here in Australia. Any help suggestions would be appreciated.
