We purchased a used Audi q3 from Callum Berry at Thomson and Potter. The service from Callum was first class and the car was prepared really well indeed. I recommend him and would like to tell his mangers that he is an asset to the business. Could not have asked for better, super smooth and simple to deal with. The car is a one owner, low mileage but had a few general marks here and there. I asked Callum to prepare it to the best standard possible and he arranged that. Top man.
Staff picked car up for service and brought it back cleaned inside and out. Very impressed.
Very helpful from the outset. I knew the car and spec I wanted and with some slight but agreeable modifications I came away with an up specced car within my budget. I should add that I gave the same info to 2 other Skoda dealerships in the central belt and only received a follow up response after 2 days.
Nice clean and tidy, bit slack on the face coverings and pushy on taking a deposit..
