Des was great he came to my flat in 30minutes late on a Saturday night. I was terrified and he checked everywhere for the mouse and left traps. He answered all of my texts promptly and came back to fill the holes and check the whole flat. Very good service

Very quickly at the property, job was done to a good standard. However, the after service leaves a lot to be desired and takes a lot of credit away from the service provided. The quote he provided on the phone was less than what I was charged. The Landlord was supposed to pay, however, due to difficulties in contacting him, payment was delayed. The engineer aggressively messaged and called me multiple times a day after the job and when I told him I was in contact with the Landlord to sort payment, he was at my front door everyday over the course of 3 days, in a very aggressive manner, harassing my housemates for payment, even though he was clearly informed of the correspondence between myself and the Landlord. Therefore, I am forced to leave this review to highlight this fact that he was a completely unprofessional way of dealing with this situation and therefore made the whole experience, no matter what the quality of the work was, extremely undesirable.
We're new tenants who have just moved into a new property, and we discovered there was a mouse problem in the house. We contacted EP pest control to sort out the problem, and to their credit they had somebody at our door within 45 minutes to take a look at the problem. The problem was handled with care, bait traps were placed and most of the holes were filled in (we later found another hole which we filled in ourselves). The problem lies with what happened afterwards. Our landlord was meant to pay on our behalves (understandably, as again we had just moved in and the problem was no fault of our own). We made this very clear to the pest control expert who arrived (unfortunately I don't have his name) and he was in agreement that this was okay. The landlord decided not to pay, so the \expert\ started calling and texting us aggressively. We managed to calm him down by saying we would speak to our landlord and if he still hadn't paid in 3 days we would pay upfront and deduct from our rent. Through no fault of our own, the landlord still didn't pay, so the expert decided to come knocking at our door shouting, screaming, threating to call police, etc. I find this highly unprofessional - how were we meant to know the landlord hadn't paid, the correct move is to call us again and speak about it like an adult, not to come to our front door, with your hood up, acting like a hardman. The service provided was adequate especially for the price. However I cannot recommend this company based on the threatening behaviour of staff - especially not to vulnerable people such as the elderly or single parents, who may have actually felt scared enough to give in to his abuse.
Used a few times. Came in time and seems to have found the source of our rat problem.
