I looked at different companies before taking out a policy with Pet Protect. A family member advised me to look at this company because he had a good policy recently. I was not disappointed as the site was easy to navigate and the options are stated clearly. I was able to choose what I felt was right for my pets needs and my budget. All in all, this was stress free as there is no complicated jargon to read just common sense advice. Very pleased and now have peace of mind should my puppy need medical attention in the future.

Really good service through the online chat prior to taking out my policy from Service Agent Bianca, who quickly and efficiently answered my questions and explained an issue with the online application form and offered to have a member of the sales team call be back within 24hours. However, I decided to try the online form again the next morning which then allowed me to get an instant quote of which was great value and quick and easy to proceed with on the spot. Documents were instantly available, and details of cover clearly explained. Would highly recommend for Dog Insurance.
