Monday 14/12/20 12:30. Click and collect que had 18 people waiting in line while order and pay que had only 3 in total. So much for smarter way to shop.

Very poor queue system. Apparently the only way to pay with a voucher is at one till or the jewellery counter. There is no other contingency which is clear poor planning. It's comes across quite poorly to be frank, we have your money because it's a voucher, so not really bothered about customer service. I'm sure you can do better than treating people with vouchers as second class.

Very well organised for Covid shopping. Socially distanced. Someone patrols the queue in store to make sure everyone is being seen to as quickly as possible. Outside, queue time is minimal and even quicker if you do the best thing, which is to order online and collect in store.

Popped in to get a Xbox one game for my son. Ufc 3 34.99 that's the lowest price that I could find, else where 50 or there abouts. I reserved it on line, that was easy, they texted me confirming it and a order number to my mobile. Did not have to wait long in the queue, went to number 6 till and the lass who served me was great, had a good laugh with her, I wish I had got her name so that I could put it in this review. Then I didn't have to wait long before I got the game and out & on my way.
