I miss this place.
Worst experience of buying a car in over 27 years motor trade experience. Spent nearly 40k with agreed delivery 3 - 7 days later. I am closing in on 3 weeks and still have no car... BCA are blaming COVID and not helping.
Twice misdescribed vehicles and the same guy (don't want to reveal names) trying to convince that the car was good..Bmw E46 roof fault he reckons it worked ..yes it did only half way..Then the same person tried to convince again the vehicle listed as an Auto for a week was in fact Manual was declared as a listing mistake, the auctioneer told about the wrong description during the sale and the voice recording available etc. But the video and sound was in fact unavailable on that day..no-one could be bothered about typing a message during the online bidding..They expect you to part with 6000 and pay for their mistakes..other than the SAME DODGY GUY I know by name and the obvious voice PT is usually OK..
Shame a 1 Star is the minimum you can leave. Having dealt with BCA FOR 20 plus years as a platinum card member we were sold a piece of scrap Bentley - described as a grade 3 - which ended up being a non runner. Yard staff somehow got it on a trailer and sent 300 miles up the road to us. We are landed with a non runner Bentley - it should have been sold as a non runner. Every panel also damaged and all wheels scuffed - THATS a grade 3??!!! Please be wary. Never had this sort of behavior with Kinross branch - Who ever took this car in clearly done the vendor a favor - no doubt about it.
