We had extremely horrible experience with MeeHugo.com owned by Clarity Stack Limited. While they were on boarding us they did not gave any free trial account only screen share demo that to of some other industry not ours and demanded us to pay for 3 months in advance. We trusted them and gave GBP 309 in advance for 3 months. They promised to generate leads with their research team and the leads which their system/process generates are old. We followed a detailed step by step process to follow up the leads and 100% of the inquires replied that they were looking a month or two back and don’t have any immediate requirements. They scrape OLD data from LinkedIn and Twitter which they classify it as intent and buying signal. When we raised our complaint with the sales team they forwarded us to Mr Kevin Nash of Customer Success Team. I got on a zoom call with Kevin and he convinced me that he will discuss with his boss and work out something for us. He did see the entire email communication and follow up process we followed with each lead which he appreciated and did asked me to share all the data and our comments over email which I did. We set up a follow up meeting on 11th May Monday , Kevin never turned up for meeting and after daily follow up”s for 5 days in a Row. DO NOT GET INTO THEIR SALES TRAP. I have paid invoice copy , email , slack and zoom call recording as the entire proof of the Scam they are running. IF YOU NEED LEADS ITS BEST TO DO LINKEDIN SALES NAVIGATOR or Google Adwords campaign rather than wasting you time and energy with a company who cannot stand by its success teams commitment and more over the product offering is horrible with 0 result. DO NOT USE MEET HUGO OR CLARITY STACK MEDIA
