EDIT: Coverbox has now gone into administration!! I was not informed of this! No email, no phone call nothing! They stopped taking payments so as far as I’m aware I’ve been driving around with no insurance as I thought my insurance was fine! Now at risk of loosing my years no claim as the insurer went into administration on the 8th July and my insurance wAs up for renewal on the 4 of August!! Disgraceful! Started off all well, mid way through my policy I phoned up to change my address on the policy and they said it would change my premium from 80 a month to 130! Then said it should go down when i policy renews in August.. I then got an email as my policy is about to come to an end with a renewal price of 181 a month!!!! My first quote was 80, how can they put it up like that?! So I decided now to renew and found a better insurance provider.. I never had any other problems with insurance provider other than that, was simple enough arranging the black box fitting and everything went smoothly after that, I believe the company has changed now and is called something else.

I've been with CoverBox for two years now and my name was included in a price draw. It was for everybody who renewed there insurance during February. Randomly I've got a call earlier this week saying that I had won the price of 200. This was a nice surprise as I didn't even know I had been entered.

This is most likely the worst insurance group i have ever been with. Honestly, better off with another insurer. My Insurance increased from 80 to 150 when they said No claims bonus is only a 50% discount. So why would it rise to more than 50% ?? Also, I find the telematics analysis does not reflects my driving as it decreases my driving score proving to be severely inaccurate. Honestly save your money and go somewhere else not worth the hassle at all...... !!
