After several years of constant struggles to get my internet connection fixed (lag spikes, different output and input ports meaning connections would get lost), the problems have been solved and it is working reasonably well. Therefore, I'm updating my review reflect this better costumer support. I'd rate them higher if these problems had been sorted long ago.

Just paid 15.99 for a 5mbps unlimited transfer internet package. Just tested the internet and WOW! 0.57 MBPS download speed. 0.08 MBPS upload speed. I was getting faster using my phone as a hotspot. Joke company, totally useless. I've got a file I need to upload and it's telling me it's going to take me 14 hours and 33 minutes with this connection. Honestly disgusting level of service for the price they charge. Don't buy with them. Update your phone contract to unlimited data and hotspot. Fantastic, just dropped to 0.49 mbps download.
