Darren is a very dedicated, friendly and patient instructor. Atmosphere is great and you will learn not only what to do but also why to do it. This suits my learning style very well. Darren offers a lot of individual advice, quickly picks up mistakes and shows how to correct them. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

The system is direct, effective and the training exposes you to the potential dangers that you may face in the real world. Techniques are practised against pads, bags and focus mitts so that you can experience resistance when you strike. DeepingStreetwise has invested in good quality training equipment and is a safe environment for your development. The class sizes are relatively small, so you won't be a student that disappears into the back of the class and not given attention. You won't be pushed into any training that you don't feel comfortable with.
