Been going in here for bits and Bob's for years, but this last week I went in to ask a question about how to get my aerial I have working. Showed him a picture or the aerial and the booster box. Straight away he new exactly what I needed and even drew me a diagram of how to connect it all. Of course now everything is working perfectly. It diednt seem to matter if you need something big or small they are able to help, so thank you for that.
