Had a great click and collect service with this company. I was nervous about purchasing like this and what to do but Sam took me step by step. video calls, videos of car, more pictures and all paperwork was sent to me. car was exactly as described and had no concerns when collecting over their vigilance to current regulations. never dealt with this company before but will certainly deal with again!

Dropped in one Friday afternoon to view a CX-5, was met by Brad who was more than happy to help me considering i did not have an appointment. He was really helpful and not in the least pushy. I paid a deposit and arranged to collect the car the following week. On the day he picked me up from the train station and spent some time running though the features on the car. The overall experience of buying and collecting from Donald's Mazda in Peterborough was a pleasure and i could not be more pleased. So thank you once again to Brad, Top bloke. :D

We spent a very long time at this particular dealership and was initially greeted by Melvin who dealt with myself and my partner to show us round the car we had booked to see and let us look at and sit in many others, we had lots of questions and changed our minds a couple of times but nothing was too much for him and he remained professional and friendly throughout our consultation with him. All the members of staff at this dealership greeted us and were very warm and friendly towards us throughout our visit. After choosing a Mazda car at this dealership, Jordan helped us with the payment and answered many more questions from myself and my partner, once again he was very professional and friendly all the way through, taking the time to talk to us whilst we waited for things to go through! We are very happy with our experience and would return and highly recommend to others! Thank you so much Donald's Mazda Peterborough, we travelled and an hour and half to see you and were not disappointed!
