I visited Hyperama today after self-isolating for several weeks and could see that apart from their chechout/cashier paying desk there were absolutely no information, signs and posts about coronavirus and social distancing in the shop/warehouse. The only signs about social distancing was found at the checkout. I wondered if Hyperama really cares about their staff, customers and visitors. I was absolutely not impressed about my visit today. With coronavirus still classed as a pandemic I thought I'd at least see information and advice about covid-19 and social distancing all about in the store like other shops I visited.

As we are going out for this virus epidemic. And in the beginning a food Rush, in the beginning, operational staff were very helpful, and it was very professionally run at the time , when I need help,. I can control the influx of people fantastically. Keep when the store were courteous and helpful. 10 out of 10.

Rotten steak on the fresh counter vacuum packed got refunded but had to take meat back to them stinking up my car and turning my stomach... 5 times visit with no mask during August on the 5th September they decided was required but staff wasn't wearing them double standards...

Simply the best. People that really care about their customers. They kept open full time and worked hard from the beginning of the Covid19 allowing small retailers to continue deliver foods to the Nation. Thank You Hyperama and to all their KEY WORKERS !!!
