Amazing experience! Very clean and fun, it’s a safe place with lots of supervision. The hour is kind of enough if you don’t have children, I imagine children would want longer. Plenty of parking in the shopping centre car park, it’s easy to locate and access. Lockers are available and you can access them during your time there using the machine for access. We didn’t get food, just drinks, service a little slow but none the less we are all very impressed!

Our family had a wonderful time at this place. Kids (8 and 10) enjoyed jumping all around. One hour was enough to get all sweaty. We had a little trouble using those electronic cupboards (silly me not reading instructions carefully) but staff was very helpful and sorted our problem.

My 4 year old son loves going there. Its fun for the parents as well and pretty tiring at the same time. We go all the way from Cambridge whenever possible.

Fantastic fun for the price - be aware that the air con is not fantastic so gets VERY warm inside We did 2 hours which was more than enough Over 30s beware... it's exhausting

I am overall unhappy with my experience here. I booked my 3 year old daughter in for a hour, once inside the venue, my daughter was told she is not allowed on the park, only on a small bouncy castle (try telling this to a determined 3 year old) I was told she had to be supervised and told I would have to pay 10 for me to go on just to supervise her which is double the price for a child. I don't actually want to go on, I just want to supervise her so I find it hard to understand why it would be so much for a hour, I was told just because I would be on it. I refused to pay 10 and was also shouted at and spoken down to when my daughter ran onto the park whilst I was talking to the workers. Dissapointed with the service and have complained and asked for a refund.
