Appalling. Whilst I was there 4 people collecting prescriptions- all incorrect. I handed mine in, told 10 mins, 35 minutes later informed not in stock...avoid if possible.
Use to be good before being taken over by Lloyds. Now often have to wait while assistants chat round the corner or carry on stocking shelves without even acknowledging that you are there, one assistant in particular is quite rude. Medications are either over ordered or not ordered at all, when this happens (fairly frequently) it is usually just met with a shrug. Went to get my prescriptions on Saturday, got there at 11.45 to find a notice saying closed, on checking the opening times it is now closed from 12.00 - 4.00, it wasn't 12 and why would a pharmacy in a supermarket chose to close at what I assume is one of the busiest periods. I will be going elsewhere.
