Bought a Norman 27 from Martin and we couldn't be happier. It was bought as a project boat and we feel that we had a very good deal. We got help from the yard owner through the first lock(our first lock)and was surprised to see Martin and friend at the second lock to help us through. It's not all about the money with some companies and we recommend Marts marine. Thanks guys
Sold me a boat that was dangerous leaking like a sieve, water tank, expansion tank, exhaust muffler split. Shaft, colarifier, raw water pump. Yes I know I viewed it but this did not show until I moved it to my mooring 2 hours. He is supposed to be a marina so called professional so if you buy from him check boat very thoroughly before parting with any money he should have checked all before selling it, I have many witnesses as to condition should have taken him to court but couldn't be bothered. 8000 former this pile of junk just sold it for 6000 after doing the repairs so lost out big time bought in April so 5 months. Reply was full of lies as I said compulsive liar the only full refund he offered was take the boat back and put up for sale that could have taken months and I wanted a boat I could use, When I went to view the boat there was a lot of water in the bilge which he said was water from condensation and where that had de-winterised the engine LIES if he had started the engine and run the boat he would have seen all the leaks I could not start it when viewing because he said they were still setting engine up so don't believe a word this so called boat seller says because it is all lies, I have all the emails and texts he sent saying about taking the boat back for re-sale not a refund there is a big difference he also said table was damaged because the window was left open another blatant lie it was leaking like a sieve to many lies to mention I have 3 witnesses at the marina regards the state of this boat and the ones that repaired the problems
