Their click and collet service is horrible. You have to stand in the queue with everyone else. It took me ages to get to the till. Kinda defeats the purpose if you ask me. They should have a separate till, no need to have someone manning it all the time, but at least of their is a separate one, the wait will be a lot less.
I like Matalan, plenty of parking the store is clean and a good layout. I'm unfortunately short so a bonus is that Matalan has a Petite section as well.
