The phone system by design does not work. Just phoned and it said the office was closed, press 1 for emergency assistance which then triggered a message saying \this voicemail has been disabled\!!! When you try to phone in the morning, after you've endured the longest covid warning ever, you select you want to make an appointment, then the system tells you the phone queue has reached maximum capacity (!) and promptly disconnects you! So you have to keep ringing back. The queue capacity appears to be about 8 people. It's very unprofessional.

I had to visit the surgery last week for the first time since the lockdown. There were plenty of notices on the front doors including one to use the side door. When I got to it, I waited, nothing so I went back to the main door, then back again to the side door, I asked somenone going into the pharmacy if they new how to get in, they told me that you have to knock at the door, WHY could you not have put a sign on it to say so?

Recently this place has gone downhill, went today with my 1 year old son waited for an hour and half with a sick child the. There was no one else in the whole waiting room went to ask why it was taking so long and the receptionist said you can go somewhere else if you don't like it. Made me so upset that i just left. Please do not waste your time with this surgery

After having been seen multiple times for many health problems over the years I've come to notice that the male GP's here have a bad attitude and are also somewhat ignorant when you're trying to explain your issues. Several times I have been dismissed (again, by the male GP's) and had illnesses go undiagnosed, including pleurisy and liver disease, despite displaying very obvious symptoms. I will say, however, the female GP's here are the polar opposite. They will happily listen to you and are compassionate and very professional. The reception team are also very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. I'd like to rate the surgery higher but feel there are a fair few changes that need to happen to warrant this.
