On Sunday 2nd February - I suffered an horrific nosebleed! First Responder and Paramedics tried to help - had to be brought to A & E - taken almost immediately to a Majax bay - all the staff were absolutely fantastic and I have no doubt they saved my life. I am 78 years old and was literally bleeding out! Artery cauterized, transfusion given and the kindnesss and care given were absolutely faultless - my thanks to all for keeping me in this world!

What kind of emergency is that??? The waiting lasts with hours... poor help service and support when is really urgent. Absolutely useless!
