Have visited this site on a few occasions, the guy on the weigh bridge grunts instead of talks, then once unloaded we're faced with the woman in the cash office who obviously has better things to do with her day than serve customers bringing scrap in that keeps her in a job, her manager needs to tell her that please and thank you are basic manners.

Went today with my car and trailer and was in and out within 15-20 minutes. Friendly staff, great service will go again
