Great service, friendly staff. The showroom is well laid out. The car was ready for me when I arrived and has been everything I expected since the purchase. I haven't used the after sales yet but hopefully it meets my expectations.

I bought a used car from Smiths and despite being assured of a 120 point check it was delivered with 8 faults, one of which was an oil leak despite the week i had to wait a week for it to be checked in the workshop before delivery. lOnce they had delivered the car and had my money they were difficult to get a reply from. Always made out to be doing ME the favour when in reality they were just filling out the basic requirement of “the nissan promise”. to be fair to the dealer it was an easy process to reject the car and have my money returned but i wouldn’t recommend them for the the car or the customer service

Bought used approved Nissan leaf, all contact made online, telephone and virtual video, updated email contacts and finally click and collect. Overall wonderful experience and great deal, would recommend this group as I have been with them for years owning Hyundai and now switched to Nissan.
