I had the pleasure dealing with Aaron K at Steven Eagell in Peterborough to assist with my decision to look at purchasing a new Toyota Yaris after my Aygo was sadly written off due to a non-fault accident. From start to finish Aaron was very helpful in arranging a date to suit when my insurance pay out was happening and unbelievably flexible and understanding with my scenario. Aaron even tried to go above and beyond to provide a few pointers in regards to my GAP claim which was really helpful. Sales man Aaron very helpful and found the car we was looking for and was able to match our budget! He was very friendly and nothing was a problem he couldn’t have done enough. He was able to help us out by extending put insurance until we got ours sorted as we had a slight problem with that. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the service team, they wasn’t helpful at all. They wanted to take my problems to another garage even though we was under warranty with Toyota themselves. I felt massively let down by the way they dealt with me, I feel that the lady I spoke to via the service team let the whole Toyota team down as she was more focus on arguing with me rather than trying to resolve the problem.
