I'm putting a review on here because of the total lack of help I have had from this company. Made an appointment to look at a 2015 Royal Enfield Military Bike, they couldn't get it started so asked if I could go back the following week. This I did and decided to purchase the bike, and was really pleased with it. However there were a few snags so booked it into workshop while I was off work, on the Wednesday. They knew I needed it back on the following Monday. As I had not heard from them I called on the Friday afternoon to be told they couldn't fix it as it would be too expensive (despite having a warranty) and would give me my money back. I could not understand how they were not able to fix it, but that was the case. they said they would put it on eBay, stating the issue! I told them I had no transport to get to work on the Tuesday - not interested. I also explained that I would have to pay 50 to cancel my insurance - not interested. I would also have to wait until the Monday to get my money refunded. I have contacted head office who informed me that as its not a BMW they are not interested either. Totally disappointed with the whole experience, be careful if its not a BMW you buy from here.

Refreshingly, a family run dealership in a coperate world. If Carling ran bike dealerships, it would probably look like this one.
Superb online service; Dan the parts manager has been brilliant, communication has been very quick and extremely efficient. An exemplar in Customer Service, just wish I lived a bit closer .....
The entire team at Sycamores are very helpful. I have noted on my many visits that people come from quite far away to both, view / buy bikes and merchandise. That must say a lot about the company. You don't travel 70 or 80 miles if you are not impressed with the service. Luckily i am only around 6 miles from the dealer, so a drop in for coffee and a biscuit is a regular thing. I'm always made welcome, like an old friend. You never feel pushed into buying items or bombarded with sales talk. Give them a visit, its worth the effort, even if you are a few miles away.

A great dealership come service centre, really pleased with the customer service and anything I've been unhappy with has always been dealt with professionally. Especially keen to see chief sales person Otis next time I'm allowed without Covid restrictions.
It's a bit of a day trip to get to Sycamore and I don't look forward to it as finding the time isn't easy. That said every time I leave they have done the job neatly, professionally, without drama, helpfully noted a couple of points for my attention and endeavoured to keep costs as fair as possible. Bike feels better for going there. Like my mate says they know the range inside out as that's their daily bread and butter so you can't get people with more experience of the bikes they sell. That's been my experience. I'll be back next query arising or service whatever comes up first.
Sycamore Motorrad Peterborough are just the best, it’s service excellence from the wonderful staff who really are a great team. Garry, Dan & Lisa are just so helpful and always give great service.
