I was assaulted by a resident, subject to name calling and bullying by another resident and had my mobile stolen. The staff do their best in sometimes difficult circumstances.
Had a push bike stolen from there yesterday morning and the staff are making no effort to help me retrieve it how are thay ment to support the residents if thay can't support the public????
