I contacted Richard via his website on a Sunday to enquiry about a repair on a broken catch on my vacuum and he replied within minutes! He rang me with a quote within a day of us dropping off the hoover to him (on a bank holiday too!) and returned it to us repaired and serviced the next day! Excellent service at a very good price.
