Closed , Being sick does not get days off. For me it is just as well A&E does not close.The local ambulance crews were excellent, five stars to them. THE PHONES at the practice ? Three quarters of an hour to get through EVERY time you try to call. Changing world , surely there is some way messages can be sent and returned leaving the phones for essential use.

When I call for my Children I get seen very quickly, myself I have to wait longer but if very serious I can always go to Fraserburgh out of hours or Aberdeen. Friendly nurses,They excellent with Children. They are open when they are meant to be and best of all I don't have to pay anything for appointments or prescriptions. When I go in they have a large seated waiting area and parking is available right at the door. If they simply fined those numerous people for not turning up they would have spare money for decorating. They offer a service that people require

Absolutely terrible reception staff, the nursing is a joke just get palmed off with tablets and never ever solve the problems, had an issue for over a month just keep getting palmed off and was eventually told they can't help me with a simple 5 minute surgery so I would have to go private or wait until some time early August, it is currently 3rd June and I have been waiting for a resolution since some point in May, I understand having 1 doctor is difficult however this is beyond a joke, the level of arrogance you are greeted with and lazy, rude staff is absolutely astounding.

A long wait to see GP however I have to say staff do their best and are really apologetic and compassionate .Nurse Practitioner extremely helpful and very efficient .I cannot rate the staff highly enough. I dont envy the stress they are under in trying to accommodate every patients needs . If urgent appointment required a phone call from GP has always been offered. A Patient Patient is needed during this difficult time of staff shortages and trust me the staff dislike the situation as much as the patients so i am sure giving a little information over the phone as to your medical condition isnt that hard .Staff have to triage your medical problems in order to see those in most urgent need of treatment. No im not a member of staff just a patient who understands the difficulties faced by all

Phone staff are rude and unhelpful.....hung up on me after andi asked first question and I hadn't finished with my enquiry.....absolutely fuming. So unprofessional.
