Honestly can't really complain for the price. The staff are outstanding, super friendly, even my children commented how nice everyone was and that they liked it. Dog friendly, got to take our dogs with us 10 per dog and was advised we were right next to an exit which made it easier for taking them out. Very busy hotel, but even then it was quite down beside our room. Our room was rather dated but I've seen online there is more modern ones.

Have to say this is the greatest value for money ever. The staff are friendly and rooms are comfortable.Great spa and fitness room.Breakfast is of a good standard.I've travelled quite a bit and this is one of my better stop overs.Well done Waterside Hotel!
Staff very helpful and friendly bargain for the money. Dinners where very good everything you need is only a 5 min drive away which comes in handy. Only complaint was the shower was rubbish

Friendly, helpful staff, good covid procedures. Not to crowded, felt safe. Only down side was, for an internet room, the internet connection was poor & slow.

Staff friendly and helpful, hotel needs up dating, wi-fi so slow it was of no real use , room comfortable but lighting in room very poor, good simple food and breakfast.
