Jefferson were extremely helpful on the telephone before ordering, having good knowledge of the product I was enquiring about. They delivered within a week and Andy was very helpful in setting up the machine and explaining how it worked to my elderly parents. They really appreciated the time he spent with them.

Excellent fast service. I was expecting the delivery email the day before but it was sent about 4 hours before delivery! The delivery man had to wait while I retrieved the exchange cylinder. He was very patient with me. Will definitely use again.

I am hoping that my experience was a one off. I placed an order and a few days later received an email stating that it would be delivered on the following Monday. Great, so far so good. Monday came and at about 17:45 I called the office to say the gas had not arrived. I was then told: "Oh no, it will be tomorrow now". I waited in all day for the gas bottle, and had I not rung would have not know. I had people coming over for a BBQ that evening, and then had to cancel! I would have thought that a courtesy email/call might have gone out to say it was delayed, and not have to find out myself by chasing the order up.

Ordered a cream Provence gas heater late on Saturday night. It was delivered Monday morning! Helpful and friendly young man who delivered it, helped carry it indoors (all whilst adhering to Covid regulations) and waited until we had opened the box and checked the contents. Could not have asked for a more speedy, professional and friendly service. Thank you so much.
