The Sustainability Centre Reviews | Rating 4.6 out of 5 stars (5 reviews)

The Sustainability Centre is located in Petersfield, United Kingdom on Droxford Rd. The Sustainability Centre is rated 4.6 out of 5 in the category tourist attraction in United Kingdom. With our position in the heart of the South Downs National Park, The Sustainability Centre could not enjoy a more idyllic setting. The Centre is spread across 55 acres of woodland and natural chalk downland. Indeed, the sheer beauty of our surroundings is an enduring reminder of the importance of our work and goals. We are owned by a charity, the Earthworks Trust, which was established in 1995. The Sustainability Centre aims to educate, enable and inspire people from all walks of life to make positive changes to the way they live and work. As part of this vision we aim to manage our land, our charity and our businesses as working examples of sustainability. We practise and promote sustainability as a process of making decisions which balance economic, social and environmental factors for positive benefit. We nurture people and ideas. And in an increasingly uncertain world, we aim to provide positive messages and practical solutions for dynamic, creative change. In pursuing this goal, we welcome families and schools; professionals and special interest groups; walkers and cyclists on the South Downs Way; children and young people; and simply anyone with an interest in what we do.

Absolutely love this campsite. I have been he five times throughout my life and I have enjoyed it all! It is based on the downs with lovely scenery surrounding. The yurts are the meaning of glamping and the compost toilets are just splendid! I would highly recommend coming here!!

Centre for teaching how to be in tune with the land and nature. Next year after the build/renovation is finished, should be better! Is very popular, campsite without the frills back to basics!

Such a beautiful place, I went to visit my friends grave and the centre itself was closed but I would like to revisit when the centre is open.

My Wife and Grandmother buried there. Very tranquil place to visit loved ones. Being a natural place the seasons change it wonderfully. Cafe is a brilliant vegan place run by a young couple who do fantastic food and it got a great ethos of sustainable living.

Another drive out on a cold wet day. My husband had been here before so we went to explore. The young people behind the counter were lovely, had a great cuppa and cake. Everything environmentally friendly. Will go back again for a walk through the woods when it warms up.
