Lovely welcoming staff to both customers and pets. They all seem very well trained in product knowledge and so are able to advise and recommend the best on offer to keep your pet happy and healthy. We have been using this branch for a few years now and the staff have gone out of their way to order items from other stores for us if they didn’t have the exact item we needed.

I went to Pets corner in October looking for a new collar for my puppy. I had the pleasure of being served by Grace who was knowledgeable about my puppy's needs and very welcoming. My puppy and I had a fun time and we are looking forward to going back to get his big dog collar.
Great experienced staff, very helpful and welcoming. The offer to return a bag of food if your dog won't eat it is an excellent idea and great for the customer. There's always a bowl of water and a treat ready, our German Shepherd won't let us go past without pulling us in.
Excellent service- really knowledgeable staff. Grace was particularly helpful in helping to pick the right food for my cat based on age and health etc would highly recommend
