Had a very negative experience I took my 15 week new puppy for a harness fitting and he is the most placid dog yelped and flipped over in pain when she clasped his hair in the clasp of the harness she struggled to get him into it was a really upsetting experience senior more experienced assistants should have supervised her. Dog and I left extremely upset now my young puppy will not go near a lead and is traumatised a dog trainer is working with him

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Particularly a young lady called Nikki. Great selection but a little out of my price range. But great products.
My new favourite pet shop. Not the cheapest, but the quality and knowledge on offer is 100% worth paying that bit extra for. The store had plenty of selection and incredibly clean and pleasant to browse the products. Even samples of cat litter were laid out to see/feel before buying. Will definitely return
